LED Lights vs. Incandescent Mini Lights

Globe Lights

Globe lights set a mood with a classic style. These bulbs offer a little extra elegance then your typical mini lights and can be used for any occasion from weddings to your most casual outdoor cookout. With the huge selection that is on the market for globe bulbs there is something for every decor or theme.

Sometimes all the options for lights can be a bit overwhelming  Globe lights are not  an exception to the rule. Globe bulbs usually come in 4 sizes, G8 - 1", G30 - 1 1/8", G40 - 1 1/2" and G50 - 2" in diameter. The size you will need for each project can vary on the venue, amount of space you have and personal preference. These festive lights also come in 2 different base sizes, candelabra base (C7/E-12) and intermediate base (C9/E17). These are the standard bases for most screw-in type Christmas lights.
