Globe bulbs usually come in 4 sizes, G8 - 1", G30 - 1 1/8", G40 - 1 1/2" and G50 - 2" in diameter. These festive lights also come in 2 different base sizes, candelabra base (C7/E-12) and intermediate base (C9/E17). These are the standard bases for most screw-in type Christmas lights.
